A Bohemian pastor remains in critical condition tonight at South Shore University Hospital in Bay Shore after falling to the ground while cleaning out the gutters at his church.
A church member found 65-year-old Meint Ploegman lying on the ground about 10:55 a.m. today and called 911. Police said the pastor had fallen about 10 feet to the ground while working on the gutters at Orthodox Presbyterian Church, located at 906 Church St.
Suffolk Police asked that anyone with information on this incident to call the Fifth Squad at 631.854.8552.
