JT’s Farmhouse in Bayport, which was packed nightly before the COVID quarantines, and sister restaurant JT’s Café are both at it again, seven days a week.

JT’s Café in Blue Point, which had been offering dinner service only Wednesday through Saturday, is now open nightly.

And the Farmhouse on Bayport Avenue has just introduced brunch, seven days as week.

Owner Justin “JT” Tempelman spoke to GreaterSayville Thursday.

“We live in one of the best neighborhoods I’ve ever experienced,” he said. “And our loyal following and staff is what got us through this.”

The Farmhouse Brunch happens Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The food and overall experience in Bayport just a little more elevated from breakfast at Jt’s Café, Tempelman explained.

“We just kick it up a notch,” he said.

The Farmhouse is also running a first-ever prix fixe menu, which is now available for $34 Sunday through Thursday, and a complimentary glass of wine or domestic beer is included in the app, entrée and dessert deal.

Tempelman just updated the HVAC system in Bayport as well.

“JT’s people can feel safe dining with us,” he said. “We’re adhering to all the guidelines and doing our best, and I’m super proud of my staff for just working through it and sticking through things with us.”
