The Greater Sayville Chamber of Commerce is tracking and listing the Sayville area businesses that according to the state provide essential services and at least in some form remain open for business this week.
While issuing the list, the chamber also urged individuals to continue adhering to the 10-point New York State on Pause executive order, in place since March 22 and expected to last deep into spring.
Among other rules to limit the spread of COVID-19, the order mandates that when in public, individuals practice social distancing of at least six feet from others, and that businesses and entities providing essential services implement rules that help facilitate social distancing of at least six feet.
Below is a list of the open businesses and services, provided directly from the Greater Sayville Chamber of Commerce. The chamber regularly updates the list.
Food & Drink
American Cheese
The shop is open for orders and pickup — of cheese and bottles of wine — from noon to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
Bistro 25

Blackbirds Grille

Cornacopia Health Foods
All prepared foods will be already packaged and available only for takeout. The grocery store is offering curbside delivery.
The Cull House Restaurant

Hot Bagels
Takeout and curbside delivery service is available Tuesday to Friday, 5:30 a.m. – 3 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays, 5:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Call 631.563.2716 to place an order.
J & J Spirits
Open Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.; Fridays and Saturdays, 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.; and on Sundays from noon – 6 p.m. Delivery service is available.
La Tavola
The restaurant is offering a full menu (including alcohol to go) and providing takeout service at 15% off all orders. Door Dash, Grubhub and UBER Eats are available at regular price. The restaurant will accept orders from noon to 6 p.m. Pick-up is only until 7 p.m.
Loughlin Vineyards
While the vineyard is closed, it continues to offer next day Long Island delivery on all of its wines. Customers can click here to place their winde orders. Orders over $100 will receive free delivery with the code FREEDELIVERY. Customers living outside of Long Island can email Loughlin at info@loughlinvineyardny.com to arrange a shipment, if it is compliant with state guidelines.
Off the Block
Off the Block is operating noon to 9 p.m. daily, with the exception of Monday when it’s open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. It is offering curbside delivery. There is no brunch menu available on Sundays. Customers can order from the butcher case, catering and prepared food to-go.
Parlor House Grill

Sayville Inn
The inn offers pickup service. Meal orders can be called in to 631.319.6774. There are alcohol specials for pickup. Customers who purchase a $100 gift card receive an envelope with prizes.
Sayville Pizza
Curbside pick up and drop at your door delivery, regular hours with all precautions. The pizzeria is offering seniors half-price on slices, pasta dishes, baked dinners and entrees.
The Sayville Sandwich
Offering breakfast and lunch, the sandwich shop is open 5:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

SoBol of Sayville
No seating, order and pick-up only. DoorDash, GrubHub, Uber Eats and Postmates. Call in or go online to order. The store is open Monday to Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
South Shore Dive
