|

Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced on Twitter new plans to slow the spread of the coronavirus.

Starting at 8 p.m. today, all dining in restaurants and bars in New York state will be stopped — however, take out and delivery will still be available.

Also, all gyms, movie theaters and casinos will be closed. All crowd capacity must be reduced to 50, as well.

Supermarkets will remain open.

According to the tweet, Connecticut and New Jersey will also be following the same measures.

No clear timetable was available for when these establishments will be allowed to open.
