|

Rehearsals are ramping up and the final touches are being put on Sayville High School’s Brook Street Players presentation of the timeless classic “Fiddler on the Roof.”

Tickets for the four performances later this month in the Sayville High School auditorium are now on sale and can be purchased by clicking here.

“Fiddler on the Roof” is a musical set in Imperial Russia at the turn of the 20th century. The story centers around Tevye, a father of five daughters who works to protect the cultural and religious traditions of his Jewish heritage against powerful outside influences.

The school district promises that the high school’s talented musical theatre students will give audiences “something to be joyful for.”

Here’s the performance schedule:
Thursday, March 19 • 7 p.m.
Friday, March 20 • 7 p.m.
Saturday, March 21 • 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.
