Brightview Senior Living today officially announced the opening of the 154-apartment community at 445 Broadway Avenue, near Sunrise Highway and across from Target in Sayville.
“We are thrilled to open our doors to the Long Island community,” said Deborah DiMatteo, Brightview Sayville’s executive director, while noting the community’s access to great local restaurant, entertainment and shopping locations.
Brightview Sayville residents will also find themselves immersed in nature, considering the complex is virtually surrounded by San Souci Park.
Inside Brightview Sayville, seventy-eight apartments are designated as independent living, which is suited for seniors looking to live an active lifestyle. For residents who may need some assistance with day-to-day activities, including mobility or medication management, there are 52 dedicated assisted living apartments.

Brightview Senior Living owns and operates more than 40 communities along the east coast. Brightview Sayville is the company’s first Long Island venture.
