MoMo’s gearing up for St. Baldrick’s Day event March 28 in Bayport

|

Last year, MoMo’s Too in Bayport and its sister restaurant, MoMo’s Sports Bar in Holbrook, raised over $43,000 to help fight childhood cancer.

The MoMo’s teams will be at it again this year with their big annual St. Baldick’s Day event, which happens Saturday, March 28, starting at noon in Bayport.

There, participants — men, women and children — will get their head shaves to raise money for pediatric cancer research.

In the meantime, MoMo’s has teamed up with T-shirt company Island Life by selling $20 T-shirts to boost the cause even further. All proceeds from the shirts will go to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, a childhood cancer research charity.

The shirts are available now behind the bar at both locations. Click here to follow Island Life on Instagram.

Last year, nearly 50 people had their heads shaved.

2020 will mark the event’s fourth year.
