Joe no! The Starbucks on Main Street in Sayville is likely on the move.
That’s because the building it calls home — at 59 Main St. — is on the market. The asking price is $749,000 for the location, which according to the realtor listing is “perfect for (sic) coffee shop or small cafe restaurant in the heart of downtown.”
The scuttlebut on the street is that the coffee company will relocate to another spot on Main Street. But there has been no official confirmation from Starbucks or local officials.
The property originally hit the market in April for $1.1 million. It was reduced to $899,000 in May, and then to its current asking price over the summer.
