The owners of Huntington’s popular all-day brunch eatery, The Shed, are gearing up for an October grand opening of The Shed Restaurant in West Sayville.
Construction crews for The Shed this summer have been busy renovating the closed Bluestone Tavern, located at 21 Main St. Bluestone ended its 16-year run inside the former mansion in July.
Now, Shed owners have announced they are hiring staff. Available positions are posted here.
Greater Sayville Chamber of Commerce President Eileen Tyznar expressed the chamber’s excitement about having The Shed’s imminent arrival restaurant in West Sayville.
“Especially for the fun atmosphere and great array of brunch and drink specials!” Tyznar said.
The Shed in Sayville will serve up American-styled brunch, lunch and dinner items — every day of the week. Similar to the Huntington location, the bar will be a focal point at the new West Sayville space, owners said.
