Thunderbirds, Corvettes, Mustangs, Novas and “Great Scott, Marty! Look over there, it’s a DeLorean.” So much of Day III of Summerfest was about muscle.
The Still Cruisin car show took center stage Sunday at the Greater Sayville Chamber of Commerce’s 40th annual summer street fair.
Thousands of visitors roamed Main and South Main streets, ogling dozens of new-looking classic cars, featuring models mostly from the 1970s, 1960s and 1950s. Meanwhile, Newton Shows‘ carnival rolled on in Gillette Park and the party and music carried on in The Common Ground under the beer and wine tent.
